What is your packing method?

For regular products like X348, X458 and X678 forged rivetless chain, trolleys and attachments, we pack into plywood cases that need no fumigation. Assembled conveyor chain and forged fork chain with flights go on pallets. For CC600 casting chain, two packing methods are available.

What standards do your chains follow?

Standard products are made to ISO 606 (DIN 8187) and ANSI (DIN 8188). Our quality system covers IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949.

Can you develop OEM chain?

Yes. Standard products follow ISO 606 (DIN 8187) and ANSI (DIN 8188); OEM development is available for custom chain designs.

Which track size matches which chain?

X348 runs in 3-inch track, X458 in 4-inch track, X678 in 6-inch track. Track, chain and trolley must be the same series.

What are your payment and shipping terms?

Payment by T/T or L/C. We hold our own export license and quote FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, DDP or Express. Nearest ports are Shanghai and Ningbo.

Do you supply matched sprockets?

Yes — plate wheels and sprockets with hub, machined to the pitch of the chain we supply, so chain and sprocket leave as a matched set.

Will it fit your line?

Send the chain model or track size and your working conditions. An engineer — not a sales bot — checks fit and replies.
